All products and services listed on fleursmarrakech.com are subject to availability. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but variations in color and arrangement may occur due to the nature of flowers.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Orders and Payments

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us to verify your order.
• Payment: Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal and credit cards.
• Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Delivery

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders within Marrakech.
• Delivery Timing: We strive to deliver on the date and time specified, but we cannot guarantee exact times due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if any delays occur.
• Unsuccessful Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or return them to our shop for redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Any personal information provided during the order process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
